One half of this discussion is the wonderful Keith Holdsworth of wonderous experience of strategic supply chain, and the other half is the trouble causer Malcolm Pope. In this episode, we talk about crystal balls, tea leaves, and Mystic Meg. If you’ve not guessed, it is all about forecasting (or guessing as Malcolm described it).
